As a Freight Forwarder, we handle both Air and Sea Freight and our specializations and expertise have enabled us to handle Cargo Consolidation / Groupage service for all our clients including the highly diversified apparel industry and have a specialization on handling Garments on Hanger (GOH) which needs appropriate conveyance modes and demands extra care throughout the transportation. When it comes to an Export, we undertake the total operation starting from the collection of the cargo from the factory of the consignor and monitor the safe and prompt delivery to the consignee’s warehouse wherever it is situated. Similarly, when it comes to an Import, our agent will collect the cargo from the warehouse of the supplier and hand over the cargo to the Shipping line or the Airline under our close supervision and guidance and when it arrives Sri Lanka, we will assign our personnel to clear the cargo promptly upon the payment of correct import duties and will deliver the cargo to the client’s warehouse with maximum care. As Colombo does not have direct sea and Air links to all destinations, Multi Country Consolidation or Transshipment traffic plays a major role in present day’s freight forwarding and we have a well developed network of business partners operating in almost all countries.
